I believe in the inherent capacity for positive change and personal growth. My conviction is that people can evolve, learn and adapt to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. There is profound satisfaction in seeing people develop a deeper understanding of themselves, discover their strengths and take constructive steps to achieve their goals.

I provide psychological support to adults, children (5+) and adolescents. My work focuses on supporting individuals to find meaning, develop insight, build practical coping skills, and make sustainable changes in their lives.

When working with children and adolescents, therapy is tailored to the developmental stage and may incorporate structured, creative, or skills-based approaches. I work collaboratively with parents and carers through regular communication and shared goal-setting to support wellbeing across settings.

I work with a broad range of presentations including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief & loss, stress, panic and phobias. I support individuals with difficulties related to attachment patterns, emotional regulation, relationships, communication, life transitions, and the impact of adverse childhood experiences. I also work with more complex or longstanding difficulties, such as borderline personality disorder or bipolar disorder.

My therapeutic approach is non-judgemental, collaborative, and grounded in empathy and respect. I place strong importance on building a trusting therapeutic relationship, as feeling comfortable and well-matched in therapy supports more effective and meaningful outcomes.

My approach is person-centred and drawn from various evidence-based interventions including;

  •  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Play & Art Therapy

  • Mindfulness

I also provide comprehensive psychological assessments for ADHD.
