I am passionate about working collaboratively while supporting individuals to explore their experiences, recognise their unique strengths and get in touch with what matters to them. I feel incredibly privileged to be able to listen, support and walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges.

I have a long history of working with people from various backgrounds and have experience in a range of therapeutic models including;

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Schema Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I have completed a Masters in Art Therapy and enjoy using creative processes and materials to support psychological work. This use might include drawing, music or photography to assist with mental health, an exploration of self, or to connect with values.

I often teach meditation and mindfulness skills to clients. Mindfulness can be enormously helpful for reducing stress and suffering and increasing the feeling of being able to cope with challenges. Mindfulness can also help strengthen a connection to self and a sense of purpose.

I have experience working with various issues including; depression, anxiety, stress and adjustment, study and procrastination, difficulties with emotional expression and regulation, low self-esteem, body image concerns, post-traumatic stress and trauma, schizophrenia, OCD, psychosocial disability, hoarding, psychological growth and recovery.
