Days - Wednesday, Thursday

As a psychologist, I am passionate about helping adults and adolescents gain a deeper, more meaningful understanding of themselves and their experiences. My approach is often conversational yet direct, and thoughtful yet playful — grounded in curiosity and focused less on symptom reduction, and more on understanding the whole person in their context.

In my practice, I tend to blend a range of evidence-based therapies (you might recognise some acronyms — ACT, CBT, DBT and more) in a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approach, always tailored to the individual in front of me.

I take pride in compassionately supporting and empowering my clients as they work through experiences of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or difficulties in relationships — though many begin unsure of how to name what’s going on, only that something doesn’t feel quite right.

I find great meaning in working with themes of trauma, identity, shame, and neurodivergence; and I am committed to a practice that affirms each person’s context and complexity.

At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy should feel like a space where you can be open, honest, curious, and fully human — not something to be fixed, but someone to be understood.
