I am a warm and authentic psychologist who believes that during certain chapters in life we could all benefit from a little extra support. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.

I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to balance the demands of family, relationships, work, health and daily responsibilities. In my work with adults, I enjoy supporting people through periods of change and transition - as well as with stress, anxiety, depression, parenting, emotion regulation, communication, social skills, and trauma recovery.

I approach my work with children and adolescents with creativity. I often use games and interactive activities during sessions to make learning new skills both enjoyable and meaningful. I take the time to understand what is important to each young person as I have found that connecting therapeutic strategies to what they already enjoy helps to create sessions that are engaging and relatable.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and I draw on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy; tailoring support to each person's unique needs and circumstances.

I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where people feel heard, valued and empowered to build on their strengths, develop practical skills, and work towards meaningful change. I welcome people from all backgrounds; including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse and LGBTIQA+ individuals. I am committed to providing inclusive, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, cooking delicious food and spending time in my garden. I am an avid animal lover and share my home with two cats and a dog.
